PRACTICUM TRAINEE

Samantha works under the supervision of Dr. Samira Vafadar (PSY28213) and Dr. Nicole Lightman (PSY28608), performing therapy and psychological testing for clients of all ages. She is currently pursuing her PsyD degree in Clinical Psychology at the Chicago School, and earned her B.S. in psychology from Louisiana State University, Alexandria.

Before pursuing her PsyD, Samantha spent over a decade working as a certified professional life coach and meditation teacher. She is passionate about helping individuals gain self-awareness, self-acceptance, and inner peace through mindfulness techniques. She also manages a neurodiverse household, which greatly contributed to her decision to pursue her PsyD. Her goal is to provide a warm and accepting environment where individuals feel safe to explore their mental and emotional well-being.
