Roy is a psychological associate (PSB94029519) working under Dr. Maria Hernandez (PSY36513). Roy received his PsyD from California Baptist University in Riverside and his Bachelor’s in biology from the University of La Verne.

In his experience, Roy has worked with individuals, adults and children alike, and has learned family systems to encourage growth and fostering healthy relationships. Roy’s practice is direct and collaborative, focusing on the understanding of what is happening and the why behind the techniques being employed. Roy’s goal with individuals and families is to foster a sense of empowerment and strength, with skills for ongoing symptom management. Roy’s goal is to provide lifelong skills that can be mastered for a fruitful life.
