Rhett Woodward, BS

PRACTICUM TRAINEE

Rhett Woodward works under the supervision of Dr. Lightman and Dr. Vafadar, providing therapy and psychological assessment services for individuals across the lifespan. Rhett earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychological and Brain Sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he participated in psychological research and gained experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to young children.

Rhett has experience conducting neuropsychological assessments as part of clinical trials evaluating psychiatric medications, contributing to the assessment of cognitive functioning and treatment outcomes. His background in both research and clinical settings has fostered a strong interest in evidence-based assessment and intervention. Through these experiences, he has developed an appreciation for integrating scientific knowledge with compassionate, individualized care.

Rhett is dedicated to providing client-centered, collaborative, and evidence-based care. He welcomes individuals of all ages and presenting concerns, striving to create a supportive and inclusive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to work toward their personal goals. In his free time, Rhett enjoys surfing, watching movies, and playing the ukulele.
