Parneet sidhu, MA

PRACTICUM TRAINEE

Parneet works under the supervision of Dr. Samira Vafadar (PSY28213) and Dr. Nicole Lightman (PSY28608), performing therapy and psychological testing for clients of all ages. She is currently pursuing her PsyD degree in Clinical Psychology and earned her masters in Clinical Psychology, and her B.A. in psychology from the University of California, Irvine. 

Parneet has experience as a life coach, administering assessments and providing therapy to individuals facing mental health difficulties. She is deeply committed to exploring the connection between the mind and body. Additionally, she has volunteered to teach life skills and college preparation to incarcerated individuals. She has also spent time working alongside school-aged children, facilitating after-school programs.

Parneet is passionate about creating an environment that fosters growth and well-being. She is committed to breaking the stigma surrounding individuals facing mental health challenges. She is eager to serve her community by creating opportunities for support and engagement.
