PRACTICUM TRAINEE

JessieRose works under the supervision of Dr. Matthew Nozaki (PSY35140), performing

psychological testing and providing therapy to clients of all ages. She graduated from Flagler College, Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is currently pursuing a PsyD in Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School.

JessieRose is passionate about helping individuals discover sustainable paths to emotional and physical wellness. Through volunteer work with nonprofit organizations in California and New York, she has experience supporting diverse populations using evidence-based Surf Therapy programs designed to promote nervous system regulation, resilience, and foster positive emotions. She has also worked with school-aged children in New York Public Schools, helping develop art-based programming that fostered collaboration among students and facilitated self- expression.

JessieRose’s philosophy emphasizes true collaboration and personalization. She brings a

cognitive-behavioral approach and seeks to help people reignite joy in their lives, believing that the most effective care occurs when those two forms of experience happen together.
